Trackers failed, no support, shocking and well over price, they dont sell trackers independently, which is what i have got, im not paying that price..
Ordered with the promise of shipping "within 10-15 days." Of course I'm a month in and I've received gloves. Just gloves. I've now contacted them twice to get tracking numbers for the $1350 worth of product I purchased from them and I've gotten so far no reply. Absolutely horrendous customer service. At minimum the company should supply shipping information so that you feel more confident you haven't been ripped off. At the moment, I'm feeling pretty ripped off.
Ordered over 20 days ago and cannot speak with anyone about the order. This is an extremely sketchy business and it is impossible to speak with anyone on the phone. Partial order has arrived and there is no information on the remaining part of the order. Very upset about spending $1300+ and not able to access information about my order.
So overpriced, the instructors are not motivating and almost seem bored teaching, and they claim 30 day money back gaurantee but it cant be open and used, and you have to pay shipping. I just sold mine on marketplace for less than i paid but still better than paying $500 in shipping costs.
My experience is exactly as described by everyone else on here. Ordered and it took forever to get here. Came in different shipments. They say they offers 30 day guarantee from the DATE OF ORDER. I’ve sent them 5 different emails. There is no information on where or how to return. You can get everything in their package for less than four hundred dollars online. There is NOTHING in the package that you can’t buy and have in two days from Amazon. The Fightcamp membership (training) is an additional $39 per month. You can get the same thing on YouTube for free. You have to pay for return shipping and the boxes are big. I can only imagine what the return will cost but I’ll pay it to be done with it.
Horrible experience. Ordered at the beginning of December as a Xmas present. Was promised delivery before the 24th. Packages started coming in around the 26th. Everything is in a different box shipped separately, still missing a couple of items which means I can’t set up the bag yet (5 weeks later). Customer service is unavailable by phone (“too busy, Champ, we are not a call center”... literally the automatic answering message.) quality of what I have seen so far is mediocre. You could buy these items for a fraction of what they charge you. Nothing special. Premium price should at least mean premium service. Well...
